Most orders will be processed within 2 business days. For orders with prescription lenses, please allow up to 14 business days for your lenses to be custom made and fit to your frame.
Delivery to all locations typically takes 5 - 10 business days after your order has been processed. Orders can take longer to arrive, depending on your location.

Our products are supplied with a warranty on any manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer.
While we can’t cover for scratches or accidental damage, all manufacturing faults are covered. Shattered, fractured, or scratched lenses are not covered. Damage not associated with normal wear, such as pressure breaks, excessive heat, intentional bending, abuse or general misuse is also not covered.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase, as the purchase date, product details and purchase location must be verified.

We are happy to offer store credit (in the form of a gift card) for change-of-mind purchases within 21 days of ordering, if the product:
- was not on sale at the time of purchasing;
- is in the original unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged purchase condition;
- is accompanied by all original, undamaged and attached tags, stickers, parts and protective packaging.
The cost of return shipping will not be credited for change-of-mind returns.
On the rare occasion an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing fault or defect, we are happy to provide a refund of the total purchase amount, or where possible provide a replacement product. For a refund or replacement to be given, all products must meet the criteria to be deemed faulty.
Products with prescription lenses are unable to be returned or refunded, unless deemed faulty, as they are custom-made products.
The cost of return shipping for items deemed faulty will be credited, provided an official receipt of cost of shipping is supplied along with the return.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and are unable to provide a product exchange at this time.
